WHAT YOU NEED: 1 Groot Doos (a large, tall cardboard box - perforated (especially at bottom and top for plenty convection) 1 x 60 watt light bulb - 1 - 2 kg meat: beef like eye of the round or flank or quick fry steak (fatty rump is best if you can afford it) - some vinegar - 1 Tbsp coarse salt - 2 Tbsp brown sugar - 2 Tbsp coarse coriander - 1/2 tsp black pepper - Wire in "S" shapes - Hang for 2 - 4 days with light at the bottom of the doos (box)....Be aware of local health & safety concerns
